Professor Noura BOUGACHA
Vice Secretary General, ADRIC Association – Faculty of Sciences of Sfax, Tunisia
is a senior lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Sciences of Sfax, where she is a member of the Human and Functional Genetics Laboratory. She also serves as the Vice Secretary General of the ADRIC Association.
Her expertise spans molecular biology, human genetics, and environmental biotechnology, with research focused on the genetic and functional study of monogenic and complex human diseases, as well as the application of biotechnology to address health and environmental challenges.
Professor BOUGACHA has contributed to several national and international research projects, promoting innovation, scientific dissemination, and capacity building. She is a recipient of the L’Oréal–UNESCO Pan Arab Regional Fellowship for Women in Science (2012).
Author and co-author of numerous peer-reviewed publications, she is recognized for her strong skills in research coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic mentorship, making her a key contributor to initiatives linking science, education, and societal development.
